You Are Enough

In the shadows where silence may dwell,
I see you, my friend, and I know all too well.
The weight of the world can feel hard to bear,
But within you resides a light, bright and rare.
When the night seems to stretch, and hope feels so thin,
Remember that struggle is where we begin.
You’re not just a burden; you matter, it’s true,
In this vast tapestry, the thread is you.
With scars that tell stories, with tears that have flowed,
Each moment you’ve faced, through the darkness you’ve strode.
You are enough, with all your flaws and your fears,
A heart that has weathered so many long years.
So lean on my shoulder, let’s share the load,
Together we’ll travel this uncertain road.
In the depths of despair, when you can’t see the sun,
Know that you’re cherished, you’re valued—just one.
We’ll find the small sparks, the joys that ignite,
And hold onto hope as we journey through night.
You are enough, my dear friend, hear me say—
In this life we’re a team, come what may.
