Unsheathing Peace: for a World Without Violence

In a world tainted by shadows of fear, Where echoes of violence draw near, Let's unsheathe peace from its scabbard, The power within, a harmony safeguard.

No more shall blades gleam in the night, Or guns roar, engulfed in the fight, For in the silence of our shared dreams, We find the light that gleams, it seems.

The streets no longer stained with red, But with laughter, now painted instead, Children dance in unison, hand in hand, A future bright, across the land.

Hearts once marred with deep-seated hate, Now beat as one, breaking fate, Voices raised not in anger but in song, A chorus of unity, powerful and strong.

It's time to lay down the weapons of old, Embrace the new story yet to be told, Let kindness be the sword we wield, And compassion the armor for our field.

For in the battle against violence's call, It's love that triumphs above all, Embrace this truth, hold it tight, Let's vanquish the dark with our inner light.

So, dear reader, in this world of divide, Let's stand united, side by side, For in our hands lies the key, To forge a tomorrow where all are free.
