In the stillness of a weary heart, Where the weight of the world takes its start. Tears fall slowly, a gentle rain, Each drop a story of hidden pain.

Breaking down, a soul exposed, In the chaos where emotions doze. The facade crumbles, walls give in, Revealing truths concealed within.

Silent whispers of shattered dreams, Lost in the tumult of silent screams. Emotions cascade like a waterfall, Breaking barriers, letting tears fall.

In the mirror of vulnerability, Reflections of life’s harsh reality. Each crack a chapter, bittersweet, Each tear a release, a silent retreat.

A flood of emotions, overwhelming tide, In the storm where feelings collide. Heartstrings pulled, emotions sway, Until all the pain is washed away.

Breaking down to rebuild anew, Through tears that cleanse, feelings true. From the ashes, rise and grow, Embracing the tears that silently flow.

Each teardrop a tale untold, Each breakdown a hand to hold. In vulnerability’s tender embrace, We find solace, we find grace.

So let the tears fall like rain, Washing away the ache and pain. In the breaking down, find release, In the turmoil, a sense of peace.
