On The Island Of Silence

In the quiet depths of an island vast,
Where shadows linger, shadows cast,
You stand alone, amidst the roar,
A world uncertain, feeling sore.
The waves may crash with thunder’s might,
Yet dawn will break the longest night,
Even when the mind feels numb and cold,
There’s a whisper soft and bold:
This too shall pass; the tide will turn,
From every darkness, light will burn.
Imagine skies where stars still gleam,
Beyond the clouds, beyond the dream,
A gentle breeze that sings your name,
Reminding you you’re not the same
Not lost, just waiting for the dawn,
To lift you up, to carry on.
On your island, silent and still,
There’s strength within you, quiet will.
Though now you feel cut off and small,
Your heartbeat beats through it all.
A morning waits beyond the gloom,
A chance to bloom beyond the doom.
Let each wave wash over fears,
Cleansing doubts, drying tears.
Every moment, brave and true,
Brings a step closer to something new.
Hold tight the hope that softly gleams,
Breathe in hope, breathe out dreams.
Remember, islands aren’t forever,
Change is coming, always clever.
The storms will pass, the skies will clear,
And in your heart, the voice sincere
That says with kindness, gentle and bright,
Everything will be alright.
So rest here awhile, find your peace,
Know this pain will someday cease.
The sun still rises, stars still shine,
And you, dear soul, are divine.
Through the silence, through the night,
Hold on
dawn will bring new light.
