In The Whirl Of A Mind

My mind, a ceaseless spinning wheel,
A restless dance of thought and feel,
Where whispers wing and shadows play,
And night dissolves into the day.
Thoughts like leaves in stormy gusts,
Scatter wide, then gather just,
Winds of wonder, doubts that creep,
Tossing my soul, disturbing sleep.
They linger softly, dark and mild,
In shadows cast, they twist and wiled,
Remnants of a fleeting glance,
Memories pulled in silent dance.
Ideas swirl in ceaseless flight,
A tempest born from day and night,
Filling my mind with vibrant noise,
A cacophonous, tangled voice.
Yet within chaos, there’s a spark,
A quiet strength amid the dark,
A gentle pause, a breath, a pause,
A window where I find my cause.
For in this spinning, restless sea,
There lies a hidden, calm decree
A space where peace can softly shine,
A moment's grace, a chance to align.
So let the thoughts like shadows creep,
And spin their tales both loud and deep,
For in this whirl, I come to see
The mind’s wild dance sets my spirit free.
