Easy On Me

In the garden of thoughts where emotions bloom,
Let’s tread softly, dispelling all gloom.
With whispers of kindness, let worries unwind,
For in this gentle space, true solace we find.
If shadows creep in and doubts start to rise,
Remember, my dear, it’s okay to feel shy.
For feelings are fluid, like rivers they flow,
They ebb and they surge, sometimes fast, sometimes slow.
So take a deep breath, let your heart be at ease,
In the tapestry woven, you’re the threads that please.
No need to rush forth or wear a brave face,
Emotions are valid; all have their own grace.
When storms brew within and the world feels too loud,
Know it’s perfectly fine to stand soft, not proud.
In embracing your essence, you’ll find strength anew,
Going easy on yourself is a journey, it’s true.
So lean into stillness and honor your heart,
Each feeling a lesson, each tear a new start.
With compassion as your guide, feel free to be real,
For going easy on you is the most honest deal.
