Deep Inside

In the depths of my mind, shadows intertwine,
Whispers of doubt like serpents align.
Thoughts spiral inward, a tempest of fear,
In this cavern of silence, I feel them draw near.
Walls close around me, dense and unkind,
Echoes of memories haunt and remind.
The weight of reflection presses down hard,
Each moment a battle, each breath a discard.
Yet in this abyss, a flicker remains,
A glimmer of strength amid all the chains.
For within the darkness, insights emerge,
A chance to confront what I long to purge.
So I'll sit with my thoughts, let them flow free,
Embrace all the shadows, and search for the key.
In the heart of this darkness, I’ll find my own spark,
And even in silence, I'll light up the dark.
