Searching through,
Finding clues.
Getting closer,
Things getting crazy.
Clues adding up,
But evidence does not.
Searching around more,
What else could be missing?
Seeing someone lurking,
Thinking to yourself.
Is that the person?
The suspect?
We need more help,
Yet another.
At least one more,
Detective on the job.
More eyes,
Will find the truth.
Clues lie,
But where?
Here there,
But mostly,
Beneath the surface.
Her being she,
The detective in charge.
She shall find the truth,
A woman herself,
Is the truth finder.
Trying to run from her,
But she will catch you.
Maybe in a lie,
Or maybe in the act.
Who knows,
A woman being she.
Some clues are so selective,
But she is the detective.
The one in charge,
And she has caught the suspect.
That person being you,
That significant one.
The one who claimed to love,
That love was not genuine.
The loyalties weren't there either,
You were her lover.
But now being caught,
Your gone.
Out of sight,
Out of mind.
