Knowing

It's funny,
How you say you know.
Know something,
About me.
When honestly,
You haven't got a clue.
Look ya face is turning,
Blue.
Running out of breath?
Wonder why.
Think you can slide by?
You look scared to death.
Here you go,
Thinking you know me.
Do you even know you?
Doubt it.
Keep thinking you know,
When you know nothing.
Knowing is one thing,
Believing is another. Wishing you knew me,
The true me.
Sweet and kind girl,
Maybe happy go lucky.
That's just the outside,
Do you know whats inside?
You like to think you do,
But you really don't.
Again,
You think you know me.
But you haven't got a clue.
Keep turning blue,
Maybe you'll realize,
You never knew.
HELLO EVERYONE!!! i am so so sorry ! for not posting in soooo long! but here i am happy new year to everyone who keeps up with me. i know this isn't like the other poems i have on here. this goes out to the people who think they know a person when they really don't. Quit wishing you knew something about somebody and learn about yourself first. ya feel me? to be honest this kind of sounded like a rap when i first started typing. but hey, i just go with the flow y'all. how about this for the first poem of 2019!!!! happy reading y'all!
