Into The Night

Creeping,

Looking to the moon.

Feeling the rain,

As it comes down.

Pouring,

As your touring.

Into the night,

She takes a bite.

Of life,

One step at a time.

As the moon moves,

So does she.

Into his arms,

The not so gentle.

As the night goes,

Her world goes darker.

Into the night,

She sings.

Wishing for things,

To be different.

As the melody in her voice,

Goes on,

She can be heard.

In the night,

Her voice is her.

As for she,

Is the howl,

The whisper.

She is the wind,

She is the strike,

Of lightning.

She is what comes,

Into the night.
