Me being me,

Just thinking oh please.

Me being me,

Just leave me be.

Who are you?

Telling me,

Don't do this,

Don't do that.

Are you me?

No.

I am me,

So step aside.

And excuse me,

While i do me.

I do my duty,

To live strong.

Excuse me,

Just let me,

Do me.

Excuse me,

While i make mistakes,

We all do it.

In the end,

We all learn from it.

So excuse me,

While i live.

Live young,

And free.

Excuse me,

While i spread my wings.

And soar,

Beyond the clouds.

Higher than the heavens,

Excuse me.

While i excuse myself,

Excuse yourself.

And do you,

As i do me.

Living free.

HELLO READERS!!! first and foremost i would like to apologize for taking so long to post anything. i have been really busy with every day life and the normal work schedule. it has been a crazy month honestly. from being sick, to just being tired all the time and not wanting to do anything period. my depression has played a huge part in the whole not wanting to do anything. depression has effected me a lot this past month. its hard to explain why, but the title of this poem comes basically from life in general. in the words i hope you can somewhat understand what i am saying but excuse me. for example, please excuse me while i get myself together for you all. it may take time but i will be here. understand what i'm saying now? well i hope you sort of get the message. thank you to all of my loyal readers and thank you for you all being so patient and waiting for a new post. <3
