Fire And Ice

Ice cold,
Yet blazing,
Fire.
Is all,
She knows.
As she smiles,
The pain.
In her eyes.
You can see,
The fire in her.
Her eyes,
Her heart,
Is cold.
Yet her being,
Is bold.
You think,
She is nice.
But in reality,
She is cold.
Cold as,
Ice.
The fire inside,
Melts away.
As the ice breaks,
She smiles.
As she is,
Free from the ice.
The fire still burns,
In her eyes.
In her soul,
In her.
What is up y'all! happy 4th of July! hopefully you all have had a great holiday and stayed safe with your families! i know i did, part of this poem was written while i was at work today. yes, ya girl had to work. but that is ok with me, holiday pay baby! but basically when i was writing this i was just thinking to myself of how we are affected by the whole fire and ice reaction. i mean hopefully some of you understand what i mean by this. like ok, you can be so cold hearted and then you just some how break free from the ice coldness in your heart. you let go of the pain and hurt. once you let it go, a fire starts to burn inside and makes you stronger. get what i'm saying here? hopefully you do. happy reading!!!
