My mind,

Is racing.

My heart,

Is jumping.

I feel the ticking,

I feel it,

Through me.

The fire inside,

I feel it burning.

Do you hear it? The ticking,

No.

But do you feel it?

Ready to blow.

Try not to release,

But you are ready.

Ready to explode.

The ticking,

Has stopped.

Ok, so when i wrote this poem here, i was at work. seems as though most of the poetry i have recently written have been at work Ha ! but anyways, i was so close to just literally exploding on just about everyone and anything. all because of one, yes ONE customer. this woman, was just so rude to me you guys. i tried my best to stay as professional as i could. its my job to, but i'm telling you, that saying "the customer is always right" is a crock of shit lol. and i think any one else in retail can agree with me on that. right? but basically, i served the woman even with her rude attitude, was nice and even said have a good night. what did she say? not a dang thing. like alright then lol. kill them with kindness. remember that ! but basically when you're in a situation like that with a difficult customer, just get what they need in the best way possible, and remain calm. even if you just want to explode, don't do it. think more positive. forget how rude that person is and just do your job the best you can. i thought of a happy memory to calm me down,

And that definitely brought the mood down. and stopped the ticking. get it? lol think happy thoughts! #PeterPan
